You are strictly prohibited from holding more than one account on the smart888 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered in the same name or under different names — may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related balances and bonuses, at smart888's sole discretion.
Smart888 may, at its discretion, require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership.
All financial transactions on the smart888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Smart888 does not impose currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Supported payment methods include, but are not limited to, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, FPX transfer, and Visa/Mastercard.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and your VIP account tier, details of which are published in the Payments section of the Platform. Smart888 targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification; however, this is an objective and not a contractual guarantee. Processing times may vary due to factors outside smart888's reasonable control, including payment provider delays.
From time to time, smart888 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other incentives to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Smart888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated systems — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all related bonuses and may lead to account termination.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any smart888 content without the prior written consent of smart888. Any unauthorised use of smart888 intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
The smart888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smart888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Smart888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, smart888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gaming losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — regardless of whether smart888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Smart888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and published at smart888.co/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Smart888 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and segregated account data storage to protect your personal and financial information. Smart888 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.
